Fresh out of university, I landed in IT — fixing jammed printers, chasing down dropped connections, and scripting away repetitive tasks just to keep things moving.
It wasn’t glamorous, but it taught me what breaks, why it breaks, and how to build systems that don’t.

Even then, I was thinking like an engineer. Every ticket was a challenge: Can this be faster? Can it be automated? Why does it take five steps when it should take one?

That mindset — optimize, automate, scale — stuck with me.

Over the past 12+ years, I’ve grown from IT support to solution architect — leading the design of resilient, cloud-native applications, building enterprise-ready data platforms, and driving innovation in regulated industries.

Today, I lead cloud engineering initiatives and help teams build systems that are not just smart — but secure, scalable, and resilient by design.
